We had a situation that was a great reminder that sometimes what matters most to a client isn’t the name of the service, but the person who helps find a solution.
We were approached by a representative of foreign investors who was facing a situation where, after business changes had taken place, it was unclear what steps needed to be taken next. Although the transaction had gone through, practical issues remained unresolved – there was no access to the necessary systems, no clarity about the registration procedures, and there was more information from various sources than there were answers.
The client had spent quite a lot of time looking for help before finally being referred to us.
This time we had not only to advise, but also to get actively involved in the process – coordinating actions, communicating with institutions and helping the client sort out all the formalities step by step. The process was neither quick nor simple – for a whole week we went together to various institutions and financial establishments almost every day.
In situations like this, theoretical knowledge alone is not enough – it takes patience, persistence and a willingness to help the client achieve the result. In the end, all the necessary changes were registered, access was granted, and the client was able to take over full management of the business.

Of course, we could have said that it was our busiest season, that this isn’t our core service, or that such matters should be handled by other specialists.
