Can a publicly owned enterprise have employees and is there a difference in accounting for them?
Yes, a publicly owned enterprise can have employees and payroll accounting is carried out in the normal way, in accordance with GAEC and tax laws.
Is it necessary to outsource the accounting of a publicly owned establishment to a professional?
This is optional, but recommended - accounting for public bodies has its peculiarities, so it is important to ensure that everything is correct and transparent, even for small operations.
What if a public enterprise has no income but incurs expenses?
