Important deadline for land tax payment – 17 November 2025
It is the responsibility of both natural and legal persons to check their land tax obligations carefully and to make payments on time to avoid late payment penalties and possible legal consequences.
Land tax is calculated according to the real estate register and the rates set by municipalities.
HOW TO CHECK?
Log in to My VMI or the Electronic Declaration System (EDS).
My VMI: go to “Taxes and fines” and select “Land tax”.
In EDS: go to “Declarations” → “Land tax” → “2025 land tax”.
Here you can see your land tax and pay it.
