How many people do you need to set up an association?
To set up an association, you need at least 3 founding members - natural or legal persons.
Can I set up an association electronically?
Yes, if all founders have valid qualified electronic signatures, the incorporation can be carried out online via the self-service of the Centre of Registers.
Is share capital required to set up an association?
No, an association does not require any initial share capital.
Do I need a registered office address to set up an association?
Yes, at the time of incorporation, you must have the address of the association's registered office and the owner's consent if the address is not in the name of the founder.
Do founders become members of the association?
