  • All necessary protocols are drawn up and their legal accuracy is ensured in accordance with the applicable legislation.
  • We organise public announcements in the Register Centre and, if necessary, in newspapers.
  • Drawing up statutes or regulations according to the legal form chosen, for example from an MB to a UAB.
  • Coordinate the registration of the statutes/by-laws with a notary if electronic submission is not possible.
  • Ensures a smooth, lawful and timely resolution process - from the first step to completion.
